The President's Club report lists Representatives in your first, second, and/or third generation who have achieved a President's Recognition Program level - President's Club, Honor Society, Rose Circle, David H. McConnell Club, President's Council, or Presidentís Inner Circle. Award sales are used as the basis for each program level.
The President's Recognition begins in Campaign 8 and ends in Campaign 7 of the next year. This time frame is referred to as a cycle and sales build cycle-to-date - beginning with Campaign 8.
Monitor Representatives who achieved a President's Recognition level during the previous or current cycle to ensure that they are making progress to achieve or exceed their current level.
Analyze on a quarterly basis to note progress during the quarter and to plan strategies for the next quarter to help Representatives continue to maintain their sales.
Review how Representatives in a specific LOA range or in a specific generation are tracking towards a President's Recognition level. Identify their success tips and share with others.
Identify Representatives who could achieve President's Club for the first time and work with them to set goals or partner them with a mentor who will help them strive to succeed.
