The No Orders report lists Representatives in your first, second and/or third generation who have not submitted an on-time order up to and including the current RPS. This report is updated daily.
Representatives who don't place an order, don't receive brochures and brochures are a key tool to help them grow their business.
A Representative will be listed on the No Orders report if s/he places an order with returns that are larger than the order amount (a Negative Order) or if the order is on hold.
An action item link for Representatives who did not place an order this Campaign allows you to generate current Campaign information without selecting the report and customizing the criteria.
No orders are a priority! Review this report daily, to identify Representatives who have not placed an order before their RPS updated. Pay particular attention to Representatives who have a Past Due amount and/or have received a specific achievement title.
Based on the information contact each Representative (phone or email), identify the reason for not submitting an order, and then work with them to get their next order in on time. Print a copy of the report and enter notes for each contact.
Contact the Representative's Upline and determine how you should with them to encourage Representatives to submit orders.
Review the No Orders report from the previous Campaign and look for patterns, especially in relation to past due amounts and the number of Campaigns the Representative does not place an order. Remember after 3 consecutive Campaigns with no order, a Representative is automatically removed from active status.
Look for patterns, e.g., Uplines who don't place orders. If an Upline is Past Due 3 Campaigns, their bonuses (Fast Start or any other Leadership bonus) will be withheld in that third Campaign. (The bonus will be sent with the next bonus earnings as long as the past due balance is cleared.) By looking for patterns you can respond proactively.
Determine whether No Orders are focused in a specific location, LOA, or generation and make action plans to reduce this threat to your Unit.
